If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued. The cancellation has to be official and the concert not rescheduled for the refund to apply. If the concert is postponed, your existing tickets stay valid for the rescheduled date. No action is needed to keep your booking — the same tickets carry over automatically. If the new date does not work for you, write to support@andreabocelliabudhabi.com as early as possible and we will review the options for your specific order. Refunds for postponed events, unlike cancelled ones, are not guaranteed, because the concert is still going ahead.
